Pool Deck

Though our summer has been a little rainy
we have been busy building pool decks! On this particular
deck we were able to incorporate the original deck into the
new construction, which made the large deck space
more cost-effective.  We used artificial decking and PVC Pool
Code-Compliant rails which made for a nice finished product!

Deck

On this Deck project we worked with
Building Innovations, LLC. out of Saegertown, PA (814) 392-0092.  After
the deck was laid out the owners decided they wanted more
space for entertaining.  The local Building Inspector worked with us
to make the new scope of the project compatible with adopted
building codes, while keeping the additional time and costs to a minimum.
Everyone was very pleased with the results!

Deck Cap

Below are a couple of deck projects in which
the homeowners wanted to freshen up their concrete
patios without investing in new concrete.  Decking over the
concrete was a very cost-effective way to
revive the space and give it new life.

Outdoor Living Space

The photos below are of a deck
we completed in early spring.  The
deck has some fun and unique spaces, including
multiple levels, built in seating, and a solid slate stone grill area.
We love building decks and had a great time constructing this one.
The home owners did a fantastic job working with the designer to
create a beautiful outdoor space.  Special thanks to
JC at Frontier Home Products and Design Center
for his outstanding design work!

Basement Remodel

Over the winter we remodeled this basement
to create some much needed space
for a growing family. The existing basement was
partially finished and had water damage.  We removed
everything and started fresh!

Face Lift

These photographs are of a converted farm storage
building. The homeowner is an engineer and designed the garage
bays and 2nd story on the left half of the building. We worked
with him to add on the 2nd story section in 2011.
This past summer we rebuilt the roof framing on the
right and then sided the entire structure.
