The first two pictures below were taken

in the spring of 2011. The homeowners decided

to give their home and porch a fresh look. We met and 

discussed options, and they selected some very sharp design ideas.

Because of the size of the porch (150' LF) we broke the 

project up into three beginning phases.  

Before Photos

Below you can see the changes that were made. 

Phase 1: Wrap the underside of the porch

with PVC trims and recessed vinyl bead board.

Phase 2: Install aluminum recessed panel columns at 

each post location and vinyl rails at the steps.

Phase 3: Install PVC trim and crossheads on each 

window and pilasters and mantels over each door. 

It is still a work in progress, but it is exciting to see the 

homeowner's vision coming to life.

After Photos

The owners of this beautiful home

wanted to freshen up the look of their front porch. The 

decision was made to remove the scalloped face 

board, add larger flat panel columns, and install 

a sleek white vinyl rail system.  

Their back deck was also in need of some repairs 

and a face lift. We added another set of steps, all new 

treated decking, and finished it with 

crisp, white vinyl rails.   

These are pictures of a recent bath 

remodel. The existing bathroom was 

completely stripped out, including a linen closet

next to the sink. We rebuilt the bathroom from top

to bottom and installed all new fixtures and trims. A special

The homeowner did an excellent 

job choosing the finishes and the bathroom 

looks beautiful!
