Bookshelf Dividers

These are some shots of bookshelves I recently finished for a customer. The homeowners came up with the design and wanted them to exist as a transition divider between their dining area and living room. They also serve as a transition between their standard ceiling and their cathedral ceiling. The Bookshelves and columns are constructed from Hard Maple and Birch, stained with Early American Maple dye, and finished with lacquer. All of the shelves can be adjusted for height, and the sconces are wired to a rheostat, so that the right ambience can be achieved!

Crib Project

These are some photos of the crib I built for my daughter. It is made out of red oak and Ash. She is something of a wild woman, so I'm glad it is solid!

The sides of the crib are made to be easily detached. When she outgrows it I plan to add side boards, so that the crib can be converted into a bed with a head and foot board.
